You can hide the room finder by selecting the room finder control in the options group of the ribbon.

Thread starter new 22 jun 2017 2. After looking around a bit i found the room finder button in the customize ribbon menu setting. Click enable in the lower left corner of this window. Select the add in which you would like to re enable.

Select disabled items in the drop down at the bottom of this window next to the go button.
